A personal conversation
about care.
In a small residential home, care is personal: the people, conversations and routines that shape your loved one’s day. Come meet the team and see the setting for yourself.
Tell us about your loved one’s routines and preferences. We can talk through daily support, who is present on each shift and how the team keeps your family in the loop.
Compare the care and the full cost together, so you can judge the fit—not just the headline price.

A little clarity
before you visit.
What does it cost, and what is included?
Monthly pricing ranges from $5,700 to $8,300. Alternative care options are available at an additional rate. Contact the team to discuss what’s included and confirm pricing for the options you choose.
Can we ask about cleanliness and housekeeping?
Yes. A visit is a good time to look around and discuss housekeeping routines, laundry and how shared spaces are maintained.
Can our family visit together?
Yes—ask to arrange a visit with your parent, spouse or loved one. Let us know what you’d like to see and discuss. The team will confirm a time directly; this website does not book appointments.
How do we find out about room availability?
Tell us when you’re considering a move. The team can discuss current room options, timing and possible next steps, including other Brythaven homes if appropriate.
How do I use the floor-plan markers?
Choose a green numbered marker to open an interactive 360° room view. Choose a blue camera marker to open a still photo. Use “Click to enlarge the floor plan” for a larger, zoomable view. On smaller screens, close the enlarged plan to return to the room view.
What can I do in a 360° room view?
Drag to look in any direction and use the controls to zoom. Each camera opens wide at a useful starting angle. The tour helps you understand the home, but it does not confirm current room availability.
What should we share in our first message?
